I’ve lived and breathed movement for as long as I can remember. Playing sports, lifting weights, and helping friends get fit. But after school, a demanding career in accounting and business took over. Long hours, stress, and poor eating habits left me heavier, tired, and far from my old self.

After the COVID pandemic, I hit reset. I ran again, completed half marathons, rebuilt my strength, and remembered why fitness mattered, not for vanity, but for health, energy, and resilience.

Now, as a health professional and personal trainer, I help busy people fit strength, mobility, and healthy habits into real life. My coaching is practical, habit-first, and built for longevity so you can stay strong, energetic, and independent for decades to come.
